A Little Box of Mindfulness Wordsearch- LARGE

This box is created with those in mind who find ‘switching off’ difficult. The Mindfulness Wordsearch can keep those with who have difficulty calming their mind, to do just this! We have created this box with a positivity word search included to help the receiver sharpen, relax and focus their mind. This puzzle will also hopefully help to improve memory and vocabulary, as well as giving them some time out. We have included a gorgeous crystal pen to use alongside the wordsearch (because who doesn’t love a pretty pen?!). A beautifully inspiring poem about self- love, which was created exclusively for our boxes by poet Rose Snow. The receiver will also receive a Pukka Love Tea bag, to sip on whilst enjoying the time out with notes of rose and lavender. A scented tea light to bring in the calm vibes and yummy smells into the personal space, with a little added sweetness of Love Heart sweets.
 
Additionally, to help with comfort and healing we have added a personally selected crystal to help the receiver on their life journey. Positive affirmation cards and self-love journaling questions and a comforting motivation poem to bring uplifting inspiration and positivity
