If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a work out than you'll love Clubbercise®.

Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with an upbeat soundtrack that gets great results. One session burns around 600 calories. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels.  Clubbersice dange fit classes are great if you are starting out on your fitness journey or if you are fitness pro! Each class is packed with fun, easy-to-follow dance routines to club anthems from 90's classics to the latest chart hits.

Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks.  Each participant will need to have a pair of our glow sticks as they are an essential element of the class.

🥤🕺🏻 What to Bring: towel, water bottle,  appropriate footwear, if you have a neon top/bracelet/leggings bring it along :)
