Come and experience deeply relaxing state of body and mind through our yin yoga on Tuesday night at 8pm to Fairways Lodge.

Yin yoga is a gentle and calming practice. The movement is slow, holding poses for longer periods of time to target deeper layers of connective tissues. It is a meditative practice where you are given space to turn inwards and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Adding beautifully soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls, will allow you to get into the deeper restorative state of rejuvination.
