Create & Regulate – Watercolour Craft Session
🌟 SPARKSHIFT COMMUNITY for Neurodivergent Adults - FREE EVENT🌟
Join us for a calm, creative evening where we explore how art and creativity can support emotional regulation and wellbeing.
During this gentle craft session, we’ll be creating watercolour paintings of butterflies and gnomes, enjoying colour, creativity, and mindful focus in a relaxed environment.
No artistic experience is needed this session is about the process, not perfection.
