Yoga and meditation has an endless list of benefits for our well-being, yet not everyone can find their way to yoga. It might be a fear of being judged, of not knowing where to start or not being ‘flexible enough’.

 

The aim of personalised yoga is to support you to connect to your body, regardless of your abilities.

 

Each class is specially designed to your needs, whether it is building strength, increasing flexibility, calming your mind, or finding your own style. Bespoke private classes are inspired by many attributes such as nature, the chakras system, anatomy, or even astrological alignments.

What we offer

  • Yin Yoga - slow and meditative practice, holding each posture for a longer time to target deep connective tissues, this helps us to release any blockages in the physical and emotional body.

  • Hatha Yoga - a slow-paced practice with a focus on breath and controlled movement. 

  • Vinyasa Yoga - a faster-paced practice, smoothly moving from one posture to the other and linking breath with movement. 

  • Mandala Yoga - flow inspired by the elements and the embodiment of nature, journey on the mat in a circular motion to open up a new perspective of how our body moves and how to regulate our thoughts.

  • Astro Yoga - a practice-based around current planetary alignments or your personal birth chart to elevate the emotional and physical balance through yoga and meditation practices. 

  • Visualization & Guided Meditation - using different meditation techniques to help you calm your mind and find inner peace.

  • Sound Bath - full-body listening experience to invite a gentle yet powerful restorative state to your body and mind.

My yoga journey

My yoga journey started back home in the Czech Republic when I was going through a very difficult time in my life. Recovering after a break up, stressed from my studies, suffering from anxiety, dealing with challenging situations at home – I wasn’t in a good place. I knew I needed to get back to my body and calm my thoughts.

​

After my first class, I could feel my body and my thoughts slow down; I felt an emotional release and the inner peace overwhelmed me. I knew Yoga was something other than just a few positions. Yoga for me is a healing journey. It is coming back home to yourself and peeling off the layers which are no longer needed.

​

When I moved to Manchester, in the UK, I found the joy of teaching others around the world too. I feel blessed to be able to share my passion, alongside teaching meditation and incorporating my experience as an energy healer into the practice, to create a unique flow and experience for my students.

​

Yoga has helped me to withstand some really difficult times, and I want to share these blissful vibes with you.

 

I’m here to help you connect with your body & mind through yoga classes, empowering events and meditation.

My passion is to make people feel good in their own body and bring blissful moments of stillness to their mind. We all have our own expressions of each position and I believe it is something to be encouraged. I take great pride in giving my students space to flow with what feels good for them.
