The consultations are aimed to support the health and wellbeing with a variety of transformative Ayurvedic approaches, herbal medicines, dietary protocols and other therapeutic Ayurvedic interventions. We will be bringing your body and mind back to the balance state not just through herbal medicine but also through changes in your lifestyle and physical activities.

Yoga is for EVERY BODY, we just need to find the right way for you to move. Each session is tailored to your current needs: stiffness, back pain, anxiety, emotional release. Our personalised yoga&meditation classes will incorporate knowledge of Ayurvedic practices, planetary alignments and also reflection on seasons as everything has an influence on our physical and mental state.
